I can log into my account most of the time, but it’s not as smooth as other sites I use. A couple of times it told me my info was wrong even though I’m sure it wasn’t, and then later it worked with the same details. The password reset did come through, just slower than I expected compared to most places. Once I’m actually in, the site is fine, but the login part could definitely be more reliable.

The site worked fine enough, but trying to figure out whether my purchase actually qualified was way more confusing than it should’ve been. I thought I could quickly submit everything and move on with my day, but instead I ended up rereading the promo rules over and over, still not totally sure if I was good.
