"Usually lets me in, but it’s hit or miss"
I can log into my account most of the time, but it’s not as smooth as other sites I use. A couple of times it told me my info was wrong even though I’m sure it wasn’t, and then later it worked with the same details. The password reset did come through, just slower than I expected compared to most places. Once I’m actually in, the site is fine, but the login part could definitely be more reliable.

"Eligibility details messed up my plans"
The site worked fine enough, but trying to figure out whether my purchase actually qualified was way more confusing than it should’ve been. I thought I could quickly submit everything and move on with my day, but instead I ended up rereading the promo rules over and over, still not totally sure if I was good. It threw off the plans I had that afternoon because I had to stop and double-check dates, products, and all the fine print.
I did finally submit my rebate, so it wasn’t a complete disaster, but the whole thing could’ve been much clearer. I just wish the eligible products and promo dates were shown upfront before you start filling everything out, instead of making you feel like you might be wasting your time

The payout options were easy to use, so getting set up didn’t take much effort. I just wish there were more choices, because it felt a little limited depending on how you want to receive your money.

I mean, it was nice that they had tracking at all, I guess. But it just sat on “pending” most of the time and didn’t really give me any useful updates, so it wasn’t much help beyond making me check it repeatedly for no reason

The site was kinda confusing, honestly. I had to click around a bunch just to figure out where to check my rebate status. The pages loaded fine and all, but the navigation could definitely be clearer.

I used molsoncoorsrebates.com to do my rebate form and it was okay. The receipt upload was simple and the steps was easy enough to follow. It did take me a bit to find the right offer, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall it worked fine, just wish the whole thing was a little faster.

"Tracking could be clearer"
The rebate site was okay. But the payment tracking was vague. It showed my claim was accepted. Then there wasn’t much else after that. I did get paid in the end. I just had to keep checking and guessing when it would happen. Not a bad experience. They just need clearer status updates...

Used molsoncoorsrebates.com for a rebate. Figured it’d take forever.
It didn’t. Payment came fast, sooner than I thought. Checking the status was simple too.
No problems. Submitted it, waited a bit, got paid. I’m happy with it.

I had an issue where my rebate just wasn’t showing up after I already sent in all the stuff they asked for. I messaged them about it and I was kind of expecting it to disappear into the big nowhere of customer service.
It did take a few days, not gonna lie, but they got back to me and figured out what was wrong. After that my rebate was approved, so that was good. Not the smoothest thing ever, but they did fix it in the end, so I’m giving 4 stars.

"Duplicate rebate issue got handled"
I accidentally submitted my rebate twice and thought it was going to cause some kind of problem. Turns out their system caught the duplicate, and my original one still went through just fine. So yeah, it ended up being easy, and I didn’t have to deal with a big headache or anything, which was a relief because I was already thinking..

It did end up reading my receipt, but I had to upload it a few times before it finally accepted it. It was being a little picky with the photo, which was kind of annoying, but not a huge deal. The rebate went through eventually

I filled out the rebate form exactly as instructed, but it still took weeks to come through. Support wasn’t very helpful either, and reading between the lines, it felt like they didn’t really have much urgency about getting it sorted.

My rebate did get approved, which was exciting for about five seconds until I noticed the amount was wrong. So now I’ve had to email them and sit around waiting for a fix. Not a total disaster, just one of those fun little customer service adventures nobody asked for.

I ended up using molsoncoorsrebates.com, and after poking around a bit, it did a decent job telling me whether my purchase qualified. One of the items wasn’t super obvious at first and took me a second to match up, but once I got past that, it worked fine. It wasn’t perfect, but it definitely saved me from just guessing.
